This season of “L’œil et la main” (« With Eyes and Hands »), offers 28 individual films of the only regular sign language programme for the deaf and hard-of-hearing on French TV and among the rare slots on European Television. It’s produced by a bilingual team in French & sign language and aims to act as a "bridge of understanding" between deaf and hearing audiences.

The show looks at a great variety of subjects touching the deaf: political activism, sexuality, holidays and travel, health issues, work environment, war or natural disasters, etc.
“L’œil et la main” also covers current issues such as the #Me Too movement, without forgetting to mark historical anniversaries, for ex. May 1968!
