		                Finland is a country covered with forests and lakes. Its winters are very long and harsh and its inhabitants are said to be reserved.
But that did not stop them from becoming the world champions of telecommunications, thanks to Nokia, the top company in the country ...and Maja Neskovic notices that Nokia’s power is not just limited to the economical sector
She also looks into another high-performance system that is envied all over Europe: the Finnish educational system. With relatively weak demographics, Finland starts to feel an urgent need for labour force and thinks about the best ways to integrate their small number of immigrants, barely 3% of the population.
Maja also discovers that the country’s famous culture of consensus is expressed not only in the political sphere. It is in fact an essential component of Finnish identity…
