When you wander through the streets of Bangkok, you’ll probably meet a lot of people dressed in Western style. Others, a little older, feel more comfortable in their peasant clothes. Uniforms are proudly displayed everywhere as well as mini skirts and mini shorts. Bonze and Buddhist nuns dress in orange… No doubt about it: you are in Thailand, land of strict dress codes.

The Thai people demonstrate their attachment to the King by wearing the famous yellow polo shirt – the King’s colour – on Monday. The other days of the week also have their colour: pink for Tuesday, green on Wednesdays, Thursday is orange etc… A colour-coded country.
