The Hasslser has been in his family for three generations, but for Roberto, nothing had been a foregone conclusion. After long studies, he started at the bottom of the ladder and had to fight to prove to his family that he could manage the 150 employees who work day and night to keep this place on top form.
Today, Roberto talks of his career path and also opens the doors of this legendary hotel to us.
