Mathematics in sign language… is it complicated? To find out, maths teachers Romeo and Sophy open the doors of their classes to us.

Roméo is deaf and gives maths lessons to hearing people with interpreters, Sophy is hearing and teaches sign language to deaf people. These two enthusiasts are also part of a think tank whose objective is to develop and harmonize mathematical signs at the national level.

This vocabulary common to teachers, students and interpreters is one of the keys that ensures that all students can master this subject. Back to the school benches!
