This situation leaves little room for hope for restaurant owners . In Paris, Sid, the first deaf restaurateur in France and Arthur, a young deaf entrepreneur, are fighting to keep alive their restaurants “1000 & 1 signs” and “Furahaa to GO”. To survive these many obstacles and this period of “time out”, they can count on their customers who remain loyal to their tasty and original dishes.
But Sid and Arthur also put all their energy into rethinking their economic model, making intelligent use of digital tools and above all, trying to reinvent themselves.
