SPAIN, THE ROAD OF THE TORO
Director(s): Hervé REBILLON, Jean-pierre VENDEL – Writer(s): Hervé REBILLON Contact Print page
The bulls are brought in by trucks. Their cargo is considered almost sacred and the ‘camioneros’, aware of their responsibility, are doubly careful when loading and transporting the animals. Traditionally, the bull fighting seasons starts in June and ends in October. During these months, a series of trucks criss-cross the region, transporting the bulls between the stock farms, the grazing lands and the arenas where the corridas take place.
