French cellist and conductor Christophe Coin is an exceptional musician who made the music scene of the 1990’s what it is today.

His first Vivaldi recording with the ensemble Il Giardino Armonico received the Gramophone Award. In June 2006, they came together again to record several Vivaldi cello concerti in Milan’s beautiful San Maurizio Church, based on the original Vivaldi manuscripts at the Turin Library.
