In the heart of Paris, the area surrounding the underground station named “Stalingrad” has become a place for drug dealers who have made the area an unsafe place. Both, the local population and the shopkeepers fear for the quality of their neighbourhood and have mobilised a combined action.

The film follows a group of « Fathers of Stalingrad » - as they call themselves – from the first manifestations of anger to demos outside the « crack houses ». They try to find new lodgings for African families so that they may leave the unsafe place and they do nightly tours, meeting and talking to the drug addicts. Their actions are either applauded or criticized.
But theirs is a story of « realisation and conscience », and a refusal to give in to the problem…
In the long run, the problem will have to be dealt with on a political level.
